Working Principle
The dredging robot is driven by hydraulic power. The whole machine enters the working position and lowers the underwater part. When the underwater part reaches the working depth, the rotary suction head starts to stir up the excavated silt, which is then transported to the ground storage container through the slurry pump. The movement of the robot relies on the robot crawler propeller to move forward, backward, left and right. The underwater part pulls the above-water part to move, realizing the dredging operation in the entire range.
Steps of Use
- Ensure that all parts of the dredging robot are firmly connected, the power supply is normal, and the control system is normal.
- Turn on the power of the hydraulic station and adjust the hydraulic pressure to the rated value.
- Control the robot to enter the working position.
- Lower the underwater part to the working depth, start the rotary suction head, and prepare to excavate the silt.
- Control the cleaning robot to move, excavate the silt, and transport the silt to the ground storage container through the slurry pump.
- After completing the operation, turn off the hydraulic station and control system.
