The automatic paper drinking straw machine includes four parts: the upper paper rack, the roll paper part, the cutting part, and the conveying part.
1. Paper rack: Multiple paper rolls can be hung on each rack. And the number of paper racks can be determined according to the number of paper layers required by the customer.
2. Roll paper part: It adopts a high-strength steel pipe as the mold. You can produce different shapes and sizes of straws by changing different molds. One machine can produce different inner diameter paper straws.
3. Slitting part: use a circular knife or saw blade for slitting, the slitting is accurate and stable. The PLC central processing system controls the action of the main engine. The photoelectric sensor detects the length, the positioning is accurate, and the length is automatically counted.
4. Conveying part: buffer storage, making the production of paper straws more orderly.
