Operation Steps of the Drilling and Splitting Machine

1. Find the positioning point.
2. Position by the positioning axis of the drilling and splitting machine.
3. The rock drill starts drilling.
4. Low-pressure impact open.
5. Turn on the dust removal device.
6. Lower the dust cover.
7. High-pressure impact open.
8. The dust cover returns to its position.
9. Lift the rock drill back to its position.
10. Turn off the dust removal device.
11. The main frame rotates. Align the splitting head with the drilling position.
12. The splitting machine rotates to determine the splitting direction.
13. The splitting head is inserted into the drill hole.
14. Split the hard rock.
15. The splitting head returns to its position.
16. Completing the entire workflow takes no more than 3 minutes.
